Drama as Suspect Storms Court With a Gang of 11 Armed Men

The accused person, Henry Waswa, who was scheduled to appear before the court for his murder hearings was later re-arrested.

The arrest came after Judge Abida Ali Aroni ordered his arrest for failing to surrender a gun that he allegedly acquired fraudulently.

Police from the flying squad had to intervene and arrest the gang of 11 men who are still being questioned for allegedly attempting to threaten witnesses lined up in the murder case.

Mr Waswa is accused of shooting dead Mitch Kibiti in Bungoma during a bar brawl.
