Dutch man accused of defiling three minors in 2016 arrested

A Dutch national who defiled three girls in 2016 and then disappeared for two years was on Thursday arrested.
Hans Egon Dieter Vriens – who defiled the girls aged 8, 9 and 10 – was arrested in Kasarani by detectives from the Child Protection Unit and Transnational Organized Crime Unit.
He is set to be arraigned in court on Friday.
