EACC, DPP differ over calls for removal of Auditor General

EACC’s deputy CEO Michael Mubea and the director of public prosecutions Keriako Tobiko clashed before MPs over a Ksh 100 million graft allegation facing auditor general Edward Ouko. Mubea told MPs that Ouko Okayed payment for a controversial auditing software even before the contract was signed. But as Stephen Letoo reports, Tobiko insists there is no evidence that Ouko benefited from the contract.
