EACC Duo Now Disown Matemu Ouster Petition To President

Two anti corruption commissioners who reportedly petitioned the president to help remove Mumo Matemu as their chairman now claim they never sent the petition to state house after all. Vice chair Irene Keino and prof Jane Onsongo claim someone fraudulently delivered a copy of the petition accusing Matemu of incompetence and lacking in integrity even after they had agreed to tear it up. But as Jackie Maribe reports, the latest twist casts doubts on the commissioners personal integrity.
