EACC Summons State House Comptroller

EACC summoned Mr. Lenayapa after a video recording of Keter mentioned him saying he called officers at the weighbridge to have the impounded truck released.

Also mentioned in the video were, National Assembly Committee chair Asman Kamama, Rift Valley Regional Commissioner Osman Warfa who will also appear before EACC.

“I did not call that weighbridge, and I want the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission to investigate and even confirm from Safaricom, because I did not do it,” Kamama said

EACC is investigating Keter and Birdi for breach of chapter six of the constitution on integrity of State officials.

Mr. Keter was caught on Camera last Sunday night abusing officers the Weighbridge demanding the release of a truck belonging to Birdi.
