Eldoret: Manhunt on for rapist father who impregnated his two daughters

Police in Eldoret are on the hunt for a rapist father who allegedly been defiling his daughters and impregnating them on two different occasions.

He allegedly impregnated his first daughter after returning home from serving a jail term for raping his youngest daughter.

The minor was in tears as she narrated how her younger sister committed suicide last year when she was seven months pregnant by her father.

The girl, who has since been removed from her home says their mother died in 2014 and that was when their father started defiling her and her sister frequently.

She reported the incident to the village elder but did not act as expected.

She opts to roam the streets of Eldoret town to avoid the father but well wishers offered her a place to stay.

Residents expressed concern over the high cases of defilement in the area and asked for an intervention.
