End NASA confusion before seeking votes, DP Ruto to opposition

Deputy President, William Ruto, has hit out at opposition coalition, The National Super Alliance (NASA), for faulting and criticizing the Jubilee Administration, yet their coalition is not in order.

NASA is yet to decide on who should be its presidential flag bearer five months into the August polls and faces an uphill task to decide the best candidate among Kalonzo Musyoka, Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi.

This, according to the Deputy President, is a clear indication of political mistrust and misunderstanding within NASA.

The Deputy President, who was in Chaka, Kieni East Sub County, questioned the integrity of NASA leaders who want lead the country saying that they are not up to the task after allegedly failing to manage a few individuals in the newly formed opposition vehicle.

“NASA should emulate Jubilee Party which is trying to unite all Kenyans to be one; they are playing politics of dividing Kenyans along tribal lines,” said the Deputy President.

He urged residents to vote for Jubilee as they have initiated many developmental projects in the last four years.

Nyeri Senator, Mutahi Kagwe, who recently announced his intentions to seek the coveted gubernatorial seat, said that NASA leaders are not driven by the development agenda but that of greed for power.

Also accompanying the Deputy President in the campaign rally were MPs Kanini Kega of Kieni, Peter Weru of Mathira, and Mary Wambui of Othaya.
