Ex-TNA boss Oloo elected Kisumu Speaker
Ex-TNA secretary general Onyango Oloo has been elected Kisumu County Speaker after edging out five others including Anne Adul.
Oloo emerged victorious in the first round vote after garnering 32 votes against his closest rival Ken Omondi who got 11 votes and outgoing Speaker Anne Adul who managed five votes only.
