VIDEO: Families mourn death of relatives killed in the Langata accident

The death of four people yesterday in a road accident blamed on speeding has sparked anger and once again brought to the fore Kenya’s high accident rate. As families mourn the death of their loved ones, survivors of the Lang’ata road accident say it need not have happened had the driver observed speed limits. Two of the victims could have their legs amputated following the accident that echoes many that have claimed more than 2,000 lives this year. Patrick Igunza reports.
