Fisherman dies after boat capsizes in Indian Ocean

One fisherman is confirmed dead after the boat they were using capsized in Indian Ocean near Mishomoroni area, Mombasa County.

The deceased was among four other fishermen who were fishing Wednesday morning before the boat capsized.

According to his colleagues, they were heading to Tudor Creek Fish, an area described as the fishing hub.

Speaking to Joseph Deng’ea, a resident of Mishomoroni, said the boat capsized due to strong waves.
