Five people riding on a Boda Boda killed in Kakamega accident

Five people perished in a road accident involving a motorcycle and a small car at Sigalagala trading center on the Kakamega-Kisumu road on Friday morning.

While confirming the incdent, area traffic commandant Geoffrey Njogu says the five were riding on the motorcycle when it collided head on with an oncoming car from Kisumu heading to Kakamega.

The five died on impact.

The traffic commandant has issued a stern warning to boda boda operators who flout traffic rules.
