Five suspected gangsters shot dead in Juja

Five suspected gangsters were Tuesday evening shot dead by police in Juja, Kiambu County.

According to police, the suspects were allegedly trying to raid Lexo Petrol Station when they were ambushed by officers on patrol at around 8.30pm.

Three firearms were recovered from the felled gangsters.

Meanwhile, a hunt is underway for one other suspect who was part of the gang but managed to escape.
