Fly SAX co-pilot Jean Mureithi buried in Nyeri

First Officer Jean Muthoni Mureithi who died in the Fly SAX plane crash has been buried in Nyeri.
The 25-year-old first was eulogized as beautiful, brainy and determined whose greatest love was being in the sky.
“We will miss our time together…your death is painful and we don’t know how to move forward,” her brothers Dennis and Jack said.
Muthoni was one of the 10 people who were killed when in the Fly SAX plane crash on June 5.
The dad’s emotional tribute was read by a friend who described her as a brave girl who made him proud.
She was the second born and only girl in a family of three children.
The mother, Jane Mureithi, fondly remembered their last night together.
She said despite her daughter’s untimely death, she had lived a good life having accomplished her dream to be a pilot.
According to her colleagues, she was a soft spoken but firm person who loved her job.
Her courage and friendly personality was what stood out for her schoolmates who were also present for the burial ceremony on Friday.
Area MP Gichuhi Mwangi called for proper investigation to establish the cause of the Fly SAX plane crash in the Aberdares.
