FLY540 Denies Breaching Regulations in Sick Passenger Flight

Low budget airline Fly 540 risks sanctions for what health authorities have termed as a breach of strict regulations to prevent the spread of Ebola.  The airline has however rebuffed accusations that it disregarded health measures and allowed a passenger with Ebola-like symptoms to travel to Nairobi on Saturday without informing health authorities. The case has exposed Kenya’s soft underbelly in the race to stop the deadly virus from entering the country.
