Former Cabinet Minister William Ole Ntimama is dead

Former Cabinet Minister and Member of Parliament William Ronkorua Ole Ntimama is dead.

Ntimama died at his Narok home Thursday night.

According to Narok Police boss, Abdi Galgalo, the family says he died of natural causes and his body has been transported to Nairobi.

At the time of his death, Ntimama was aged 86 years.

He retired from active politics in September 2013. Prior to his retirement, he was the Member of Parliament for Narok North constituency on an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket.

On March 16, 2014, he decamped from ODM to join President Uhuru Kenyatta’s The National Alliance (TNA) party.
