Former CJ Mutunga says 80% of Kenyan leaders unfit to lead

Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi could face prosecution for allegedly faking his education certificates after the director of public prosecutions accepted a recommendation to charge him. The anti-corruption commission says it has enough evidence to back the charges against the MP even as former chief justice Willy Mutunga says 80 percent of Kenyan leaders are unsuitable to hold office on ethical grounds.
