Former hairdresser, Kabura had only Ksh.650 in account four years ago

Four years ago, thirty-five years old Josephine Kabura was a struggling hairdresser with only six hundred and fifty shillings in her bank account. But that was reportedly before she befriended former devolution cabinet secretary Anne Waiguru whom she claims helped her land NYS contracts worth 1.6 billion shillings. Today, Kabura exuded a billionaire aloofness when she appeared before MPs interrogating the scandal. And as Jacque Maribe report, a calm Kabura took the threats of angry MPs in her stride.
