Former Lands Minister Arraigned in Court

The former Land Minister is being accused of causing Sagalla ranchers to lose part of their land in Voi.

The court heard that on 8th July 2013, Hon. Mwamunga unlawfully published defamatory information against Mwadilo Wilmot.

Hon Mwamunga is accused of writing to Dr. Mohamed Swazuri of the National Land Commission accusing Wilmot of fraudulently tranfering Ksh. 100, 000, 000.

This the ranchers say led to the  lose of the land in question.

The court is expected to give a ruling on the 10th July 2014.
