Ex-MP Reuben Ndolo arrested for allegedly threatening to kill
Former Makadara Member of Parliament Reuben Ndolo was arrested on Saturday evening on allegations of threatening to kill and creating disturbance.
According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Ndolo was arrested alongside six other suspects by flying squad detectives at Bustani Gardens along Oledume Road in Nairobi.
Police sources disclosed to Citizen Digital that the former MP and his alleged accomplices threatened to shoot a city businessman over a parcel of land.
The other six suspects were identified as Daniel Otieno Juma, George Otieno, Cyrus Nyamboga Gichana, Bernard Ochieng Andai, Dick Otieno Ombaka and Hassan Dima Wario.
The seven, who were detained at Kilimani Police Station, are expected to be arraigned on Monday.
“All the suspects are helping DCI Detectives in further investigations. To be charged on Monday,” said the DCI on Sunday.
