Former President Moi flown to Israel for medical check-up

Retired President Daniel arap Moi was Sunday morning flown to Israel for a medical check-up.

Sources close to the former Head of State disclosed that Mzee Moi was scheduled to undergo a specialised assessment of his knee, which has been causing him discomfort.

Mzee Moi’s doctors have reportedly booked him for admission to a hospital in Tel Aviv, the second most populous city in Israel after Jerusalem.

The former president was accompanied by his personal physician Dr. David Silverstein and his son, Baringo Senator Gideon Moi.
