Four killed in Timboroa accident

Four people were killed after a matatu they were travelling in collided head-on with a lorry in Timboroa, Uasin Gishu county.

According to Joel Mwangi, one of the witnesses, the passengers in the matatu were on their way to Mau Narok from Moi University in Eldoret after attending a graduation ceremony.

Good Samaritans who arrived at the scene rushed those injured to Eldama Ravine District Hospital where they are currently undergoing treatment.

This comes hours after two people were killed after their motorcycles collided near Boito.

Meanwhile, 20 people have been reported injured after a commuter bus overturned on Jogoo Road in Nairobi.
