Four sons of slain drug baron in court

Four people among them three sons of slain drug baron, Ibrahim Akasha, have been charged in a Mombasa Court for allegedly engaging in a fight in a public place.

The accused are also wanted by the US government over drug trafficking and the matter is expected for hearing on 30th of this month in Mombasa.

The court was informed that on 1st of his month at Rahjan Bar and Restaurant in Kisauni area, jointly with others not before the court, the four took part in a fight at a public place.

They have pleaded not guilty when they appeared before Principal Magistrate, Henry Okweba, and were released on a cash bail of 20,000 shillings.

The three sons of Akasha are Baktash Akasha, Ibarahim Akasha, Abdulsalam Kamaldin Akasha and fourth accused Viyagiri Anandigiri Goswani.
