Frail and sickly Bobi Wine now charged with treason
Bobi Wine, whose real name is Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, has now been charged with treason moments after he was released from military custody.
On Thursday, Gulu Grade 1 Magistrate Yunus Ndiwalana ordered that Bobi Wine be remanded until August 30.
Earlier, the military court had released him after dropping charges of illegal possession of firearms.
The frail-looking MP was seen struggling to walk with crutches and had to be assisted down the steps outside the military court.

Every way out of my home is barricaded since very early today. The intention is to deny us freedom to move & to be at the Military Court where @HEBobiwine is to be produced this morning.
