Funyula MP Otuoma reinstated as ODM Vice Chair

Funyula Member of Parliament Paul Otuoma has been reinstated as Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Vice Chair, three months after his resignation from the post.

This comes after he reassured ODM Leader Raila Odinga that he will not defect from the Party.

Speaking during the funeral of former Gor Mahia and Harambee Stars Coach James Sianga in Ugenya Siaya County, Raila said that ODM is still united despite recent defections.

There was speculation that Otuoma would join former ODM Secretary General Ababu Namwamba’s newly launched Labour Party.

Otuoma backed ODM’s move to discipline rebel MPs saying those who have defected like Namwamba should resign as MPs.
