Gang attacks T-Mall, steals money, cars

Residents of Nairobi West were left in shock after a gang of four men raided Tuskys Supermarket situated at T-Mall and robbed cashiers of an unknown amount of money in a dramatic robbery Saturday night.

According to police, the gangsters walked out of the mall and hijacked two vehicles, which they used to escape the scene.

Confirming the incident, Lang’ata OCPD Elijah Mwangi said that at least three vehicles were damaged by bullets after the gang fired aimlessly.

No one was injured in the incident.

The gang then drove towards the Lang’ata By-Pass where they abandoned two female occupants of a Landrover Discovery they had hijacked before speeding off.

Both vehicles were later found abandoned near Kikuyu Town but no arrest or recovery has been made so far.
