Governors Back Govt’s Ksh. 38B Medical Equipment Plan

Speaking to the media after meeting the governors, council of governors chair Isaac Ruto says the council will convene a meeting with the ministry of health to work out modalities of the programme.

This also follows an announcement made by the commission for revenue allocation chair Micah Cheserem that all the 47 counties would get a total of 283.7 billion shillings to be equitably shared.

This announcement was made during the inter-governmental budget executive council meeting presided over by deputy president William Ruto.
