Gov’t dismisses Odinga’s warning over second Eurobond issue

Treasury cabinet secretary Henry Rotich has dismissed CORD leader Raila Odinga’s latest warning to investors to keep off Kenya’s planned second Eurobond issue.
Insisting that the more than Ksh 250 billion raised in the 2014 issue was accounted for, Rotich says Kenya had earned the confidence of foreign institutions and would go ahead to float another Eurobond.
