Hinga was responding to a Tweet in which a Kenyan Tweep, Joshua K Njenga claimed a soon-to-come mega corruption scandal would hit the project.
“They are the same people, but they have different names for their billions, wait until you hear the story of Kazi mtaani billionaires,” Njenga tweeted.
PS Hinga in a retort to the Tweet said he was ready to be hanged at the Uhuru Park in broad daylight.
“On this one, it won’t happen. If you find any, I am ready to be hanged at Uhuru Park in broad daylight,” he said.
He also explained that the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission had already been invited to probe allegations of chiefs extorting money from the youth.
