High Court Dismisses Wamboras Application

Wambora wanted the Nairobi Court to bar the senate committee chaired by Bonny Khalwale from discussing the decision by members of the Embu County Assembly to impeach him.

The case ruling was issued by Nairobi Principal Judge Richard Muongo even as the Senate went ahead with proceedings in the second attempt by the Embu MCAs to eject Wambora from office.

On Sunday, Wambora, through lawyer Wilfred Nyamu, told the senate committee to disqualify itself from the hearing claiming he will not get a fair hearing.
