I am Founding Member of Jubilee, Murkomen Insists

In a Twitter post Wednesday, Murkomen said: “Let me make it clear, I am a founding member of Jubilee, wrote coalition agreement, wrote manifesto and campaigned for UhuRuto.”

He further stated that he is more than just a Jubilee supporter adding that his ideas make part of government policies.

“I am not a supporter of Jubilee, I am Jubilee itself. I chose UhuRuto consciously and supporting them is not a privilege but a duty to the state,” he said.

“I am in a position of privilege where my ideas form part of government policies. You may be envious but work hard you may also be lucky in future.”

Murkomen further stated that he cannot entertain insults though stating that he is ready to listen to alternative suggestions of how to change things in the country.

In his interview on Citizen TV’s The Big Question on Tuesday, Murkomen had stated that he is a founding member of URP and drafted the party’s Manifesto.

“I am the one who drafted URP manifesto and the five points that describe URP,” he said.
