I Quit, Says Kimaiyo

Kimaiyo announced the move to retire this afternoon as pressure piled following the massacre of 36 people in Mandera early Tuesday morning.
Kimaiyo says he has retired from the National Police Service Commission and that the president has accepted his decision as tendered early Tuesday.
The IG cited personal reasons for his decision to exit the police service.
