[VIDEO] ICC rules Kenya failed to co-operate in Kenyatta case


The government is headed for a renewal of hostilities with the International Criminal Court after the Hague-based institution indicted Kenya for failing to cooperate with it.
The trial chamber today ruled Kenya was guilty of non-compliance in the case against President Uhuru Kenyatta and his alleged role in the 2007 post-election violence as required by the Rome statute
