IEBC Before Parliament

Ten Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commissioners have defended themselves from allegations of gross misconduct, violation of the law and incompetence leveled against them by a petitioner seeking their removal from office. The commissioners led by Chairman Isaack Hassan denied the accusations when they appeared before the National Assembly's Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. They asked Parliament to dismiss the petition. Kendagor Obadiah reports.
