IEBC suspends ICT director James Muhati

The electoral commission has suspended its ICT director amid concerns over the reliability of the electronic system that it intends to conduct the elections.  The commission accuses James Muhati of refusing to cooperate in an ongoing audit of ICT systems. But as Sylvia Chebet reports, there seems to be more than meets the eye.
