IGAD: We Are In Charge Of South Sudan Peace Process

The intergovernmental authority on development, IGAD  now says it is fully in charge of South Sudan peace process and any country wishing to participate must channel ideas through it. The regional body says it will in the coming few days,  hold its summit in Juba, South Sudan, immediately after face to face talks between President Salva Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar.
