Ikolomani MP is Bernard Shinali, Appeal Court rules

The Court of Appeal has upheld the election of Bernard Shinali as Ikolomani MP.

On Thursday, Justice Fatuma Shichale dismissed the petition that was filed by Butichi Khamisi with costs for lack of merit.
