Ill clinch Jubilee Partys Governor ticket Mbarire

Runyenjes members of Parliament, Cecily Mbarire expresses confidence that she will win the Embu Governor Jubilee party ticket.

While at the CDF office in Runyenjes town on Thursday where she distributed cheques worth Ksh.10.1 million for bursaries, she said that her political gives her an upper hand.

She said she is confident that the election would be free and fair, with all candidates being treated equally by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

She said that Parliament will pass a supplementary budget for IEBC to conduct Jubilee Party’s county nominations as stipulated by the Election Laws.

Mbarire called upon her male counterparts Martin Wambora, Management consultant Kithinji Kiragu and former Transport PS Cyrus Njiru to support her as she runs for Embu Governorship.
