IN PICTURES: Raila Odinga takes ODM campaigns to Taita Taveta
The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader, Raila Odinga, has now promised to address the plight of Coast residents if elected President in the 2017 General Election.
Speaking at Buguta in Voi, Taita Taveta County, Raila castigated Jubilee government for allegedly failing to honor election pledges.
Area leaders led by Governor John Mruttu also promised to rally support for Raila’s 2017 presidential bid.
ODM MPs, Junet Mohammed and Opiyo Wandayi, who flanked Raila poked holes on President Uhuru Kenyatta’s newly formed Jubilee Party terming it as a political vehicle lacking internal democracy.
Raila will next pitch camp in Kwale County where he lost Governor Salim Mvurya to Jubilee party.
