Independent Kenya’s first education minister laid to rest

The only surviving member of independent Kenya pioneer cabinet Joseph Daniel Otiende has been laid to rest today. Otiende who passed on last week was buried in his home in Kegoye village in Vihiga County in an event dominated by politics as Patrick Igunza reports.
