Industrial Court Declines To Stop Teachers Strike
Published on: January 09, 2015 01:56 (EAT)
This is after Teachers Service Commission (TSC) on Thursday asked the court to stop the strike, but was ordered to serve teachers unions KNUT and KUPPET with court papers, before the case is heard.
However, after hearing submissions from lawyers of both parties, judge Nduma Nderi, ruled he was not given convincing reasons why the court should stop the strike.
Both parties have been directed to appear before the court on the 14th January for a hearing of the case.
