Isaack Ruto Slams DP Ruto

Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto has launched the most scathing attack yet on Deputy President William Ruto, accusing him of interfering in the running of county governments. Rutto who chairs the council of governors claims that his namesake has been inciting county assembly representatives and senators to frustrate the governors, and asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to rein on his deputy. But lawmakers allied to the Jubilee Coalition have dismissed the Bomet Governor as an isolated voice of division and a case of sour grapes. Francis Gachuri has the details.
