Israeli man killed at Spring Valley Estate, wife in critical condition

An Israeli national is reported to have been killed at Spring Valley Estate in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County.

Unknown people are said to have gained access to his house on Wednesday morning.

According to Trans Nzoia County Police Commander Ayub Ali, the armed gang reportedly hit the 43-year-old several times on the head with a blunt object.

The gang is said to have broken one of the windows of the house and entered through there.

The deceased’s wife, who is a medical doctor at Kitale County Referral Hospital, was rushed to the same hospital and is in critical condition.

Trans Nzoia police boss Ali also reported that two mobile phones and a 42-inch television were stolen during the incident.
