‘Jeff cried like a baby’: Miguna leaves JKL show host in stitches
- During the 45-minute interview on Citizen TV, Jeff Koinange pointed out that Miguna's woes probably stemmed from his vitriolic outbursts on social media.
- Miguna replied: "There was a time you were arrested Jeff, and your squealed like a baby because you had defamed Jimmy Wanjigi .... you had to produce Ksh. 2million to be released, you didn't even stay in detention for more than two hours yet you cried for two months.."
Self-styled liberation leader Miguna Miguna sent the audience into a frenzy with hilarious depictions of JKLive show host Jeff Koinange and ODM leader Raila Odinga.
Miguna who was all smiles despite his recent run-in with the Kenyan Government, took no prisoners in taking apart his former ally Raila Odinga.
” Raila Odinga is now singing Hosana to Uhuru Kenyatta whom he had accused of stealing the election and vowed to remove from power, he was bought… and I cannot be bought,” he said during the interview via Facetime on Wednesday evening.
Miguna was speaking from Berlin, Germany where he returned to after Air France blocked him from traveling to Nairobi over the red alert issued by the Kenyan Government.

An amused Jeff then retorted: “For the record, Miguna , I did not squeal like a baby, just to be clear.”
Miguna has been trying to make a return to Kenya, albeit unsuccessfully: he was first blocked from boarding a Lufthansa flight, flew to Paris but was again ejected from Air France.
His woes began in March 2018 after he swore in ODM leader Raila Odinga as the ‘ people’s president’ at a rally in Uhuru Park.
At the time, he was enjoying massive support from ODM supporters with his chip-off -the block as the wing of the then National Super Alliance (NASA) dubbed the National Resistance Movement (NRM).
He fell out with NASA shortly after his deportation and now often takes to his social media to accuse Odinga and Kenyatta of short-changing Kenyans.
Odinga who was a fierce critic of the government has since become a strong ally of President Uhuru Kenyatta; the two leaders recently launched the controversial building Bridges Initiative (BBI).
