JKIA parking fees hiked
Motorists dropping and picking up passengers at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA)will now start paying more in parking fees.
This is after the airport, through its parking service provider, Kenya Airports Parking Services, revised its parking charges for those parking for a maximum of 2 hours.
In the new charges, those parking for 20 minutes or less will pay Ksh.100, those parking for between 20 and 40 minutes will pay Ksh.250, while those parking for between 40 minutes and 1 hour will part with Ksh.350.
Motorists parking for between 1 and 2 hours will be charged Ksh.500.
KAPS says any motorist staying in the zone for more than 2 hours will be penalized.
