Addressing the press on Tuesday morning, TIFA CEO Maggy Ireri said that in Machakos County, Governor Alfred Mutua would retain his seat if elections were held today with Chama cha Mwananchi’s candidate Wavinya Ndeti coming second with 8 per cent.

However, Mutua’s support has declined compared to last year.

In Kiambu County the incumbent William Kabogo is the most preferred leader with 46 per cent followed Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu with 32 per cent.
