Jubilee, CORD Leaders Lock Horns Over Security Bill

Members of the public continued to air their views on the proposed amendments with civil rights groups saying it offends the constitutional rights of suspects. Those who spoke during a public forum to collect views on the bill said it would take away fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution.
