Jubilee demands unmasking of alleged IEBC hacker

Jubilee is demanding the unmasking of a top opposition politician said to be behind attempted cyber-attacks on the electoral commission. Majority leader Adan Duale says the claims reveal an agenda to rig elections, allegations that have been dismissed by the opposition.
