Jubilee has no chance in Nairobi Kidero

Nairobi Governor, Dr Evans Kidero, has hit out at the Jubilee gubernatorial aspirants saying that they stand no chance of clinching Nairobi’s top job.

The Governor said that the Nairobi Jubilee team is disorganised and cannot win in the forthcoming election.

“We are an organised house and they should put theirs in order first before gunning for my position. I am ready for any one fronted by Jubilee,” said Kidero.

Speaking at South C’s Seventh Day Adventist church, Kidero vowed to floor any candidate fielded by Jubilee in the August polls.

The City boss lauded the President’s directive to have identity cards released to their owners. He, however, called on the government to ensure that ID cards are availed without discrimination to certain regions.

This he said, would speed up the registration exercise.

On his part, Nairobi ODM Chairman, George Aladwa, lashed out Deputy President William Ruto for attempting to control city politics.

“Ruto cannot control politics in Nairobi. He belongs to Eldoret North, here we are organised and we shall show them in the ballot,” he said.

The two leaders urged the city residents to register in large numbers to send Jubilee administration home.

They, however, raised concerns over low out experienced in the city in the first week.
