Jubilee plans to wrestle Nairobi governors seat from CORD

The Jubilee coalition has declared an all out campaign to wrestle the Nairobi governor’s seat from cord, even as the ethics and anti-corruption commission confirmed it had cleared former devolution Cabinet Secretary Ann Waiguru over the NYS scandal.

Waiguru has been named as one of jubilee’s contenders for the Nairobi governor’s job.

Deputy President William Ruto disclosed that the ruling coalition had a strategy to not only retain the presidency, but also control the capital city in next year’s general election. Francis Gachuri tells us more.
