Judges Fatuma Sichale, Hannah Okwengu interviewed by JSC

Appellate judge lady Justice Fatuma Sichale and Justice Hannah Okwengu says young lawyers should not handle presidential petitions. Appearing before the JSC panel that is interviewing applicants for the deputy chief justice post Sichale said junior lawyers seek cheap publicity during such hearings.
Okwengu said she would help judicial officers to overcome alcoholism and dispelled claims that she is too harsh during court session.
